STORAGE INFORMATION

Cakes and cupcakes should be stored in their packaging in a cool well air conditioned room or in the fridge

Cakesicles are to be stored in their packaging in the fridge.

Keep treats out of direct sunlight.

DIETARY INFORMATION

We are a home kitchen. Our products contain flour (gluten) and dairy and may contain traces of egg and nuts.

However for special dietary requests we will do our utmost to ensure no cross contamination.

We do NOT use nuts nor eggs in any of our bakes.

We have reduced the sugars in all our bakes.

Gluten or dairy free options are available.

Please note: limited flavours available and may incur a surcharge.

No preservatives or additives are used in our bakes therefore they should be treated as fresh food and consumed within 72 hours of collection date.

We are not Halal certified.

ORDERING INFORMATION

1 full month lead time for all orders.

When placing an order, please supply the following information;

Your name
Date of event
Time of collection (Our opening hours can be found in the contact us tab)
Order requirements including theme and colour scheme
Dietary requirements (please see dietary information for what we offer in FAQ)

CAKE SIZING

Baking By Sammy specialises in single tier buttercream covered cakes.

The height of our cakes are approx. 4.5 inch

6" cake serves approx. 12 people and the 8" cake serves approx. 24 people.

This is just a guide and the serving size is based on 2x1x4.5 inches.

Cupcakes are only sold in batches of 6

Minimum cakesicle order is 4 pieces

COLLECTION INFORMATION

The client is responsible for arranging their own collections whether you choose to self collect or use a third party for the collections, once the bakes have been handed over, Baking By Sammy is no longer responsible should any damage come to the baked goods.

If you do use a third party for collection please send a car to collect and not a bike.

No collections pre 09:00 or post 17:00

Should there be a reason that Baking By Sammy delivers on your behalf a third party delivery company will be used. Once the bakes have been handed over to the delivery company Baking By Sammy will not be responsible should any damage come to the bakes while in transit.

Delivery costs are not included in the pricing.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Full payment is taken three weeks prior to the order date.

Payment is non refundable for cancellations made within 7 days of the order date.
