TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 By using our services and making full payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order with Baking By Sammy.

PAYMENT/CANCELLATIONS

Full payment is taken three weeks prior to the order date.

Payment is non refundable for cancellations made within 7 days of order date. 

Should Baking By Sammy have to cancel the order  for any particular reason that is out of our control, a full refund will be provided, as well as assistance in finding a suitable decorator to complete the order.

COLLECTION/DAMAGES

The client is responsible for arranging their own collections whether  you choose to self collect or use a third party for the collections, once the bakes have been handed over, Baking By Sammy is no longer responsible should any damage come to the baked goods.

If you do use a third party for collection please send a car to collect and not a bike.

Should there be a reason that Baking By Sammy delivers on your behalf a third party delivery company will be used. Once the bakes have been handed over to the delivery company Baking By Sammy will not be responsible should any damage come to the bakes while in transit. 

Delivery costs are not included in the pricing.

STORAGE

Cakes and cupcakes should be stored in their packaging in a cool well air conditioned room or in the fridge

Cakesicles are to be stored in their packaging in the fridge.

Keep treats out of direct sunlight.

Our baked good should be consumed within 72 hours of the collection date

DIETARY

We are a home kitchen and pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services.
All our ingredients are of the highest quality. 

Our products contain flour (gluten), dairy, eggs and may contain traces of nuts. 

However for special dietary requests we will do our utmost to ensure no cross contamination. 

We do NOT use nuts in any of our bakes however there maybe traces of nuts 

Dairy free and eggless options available 

No preservatives or additives are used in our bakes therefore they should be treated as fresh food and consumed within 72 hours of collection date.

We are not Halal Certified 

ORDERS FROM IMAGES

If a picture/image is supplied, we will do our best to replicate within our limits. However we are not copycat decorators and will bring our own style. It may also be necessary to change a colour or vary a product from the picture.

DECORATIONS

Some of our fondant figurines and decorations may contain wire or toothpicks which are dangerous if consumed. We may also use plastic figures and toys which are provided as decorations and are not to be consumed.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Baking By Sammy reserves the right to take and use photographs of your order to use for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.
